What we know about the upcoming Google Pixel 2 and Pixel 2 XL

The most anticipated Google Pixel 2 and 2 XL will be officially announced on 4 October. The truly stock Android and instant updates makes them unique in the Android world.

Just a few hours before the launch, Evan Blass has given the best look at Google new smartphones. Many final images of Google Pixel 2 series have leaked. There is no official word if any of these latest leaks are true but all will be revealed later tomorrow.

– Able to squeeze the Pixel 2 for Google assistant

– 6″ QuadHD+ AMOLED display with an 18:9 aspect ratio
– Edge to edge rounded corners display
– Powered by Snapdragon 835
– 4GB of RAM with a choice of either 64GB or 128GB of internal storage

According to Blass, Google tweaks the home screen on the next Pixel phones. Most notably, the Google search bar is moving from the top of the screen to the very bottom. New widget will appear on top that show the users next appointment and the current weather.
