ZTE to introduce a foldable phone named Axon M?

A new device from ZTE was spotted on FCC listing. It appears to be the Axon M smartphone with a foldable display. The image shows how the smartphone will look like when it is fully uncovered.

The Geekbench has also revealed some of the specifications of the smartphone. Axon M is running on a quad-core Qualcomm chipset. It will come with 4GB of RAM.

The ZTE Axon M looks like a capable smartphone. It scores 1677 on the single-core score places it right between the Snapdragon 820 and 835 chipsets. Our guess is Axon M wil come with a Snapdragon 821 chipset.

The two screens on the foldable smartphone are 1080p display. If combined, it will have a large 6.8-inch 2160 x 1920 pixels screen. It has a 20 MP camera, 3,120 mAh battery and 32GB of storage. It is running on Android 7.1.2 Nougat out of the box.

ZTE is close to unveil its first foldable smartphone. It is said that Axon M will be unveiled during an event in Brooklyn on October 17.
