Xiaomi Mi6C with Snapdragon 660 SoC appeared on GFXBench

Early today, there is a code name “Xiaomi Jason” spotted on the GFXBench database. It is suspected to be Xiaomi Mi6C. To recap, Xiaomi Mi6 was announced in April 2017. We didn’t expect to see Mi6C in such a short time frame.

Do not lower your expectation by the coding of the phone with ending with C compare the previous generation Mi5c. By referring to the GFXBench listing, the device features a 5.1-inch Full HD display and it is powered by the latest 2.2GHz Octa-Core Snapdragon 660 processor with 6GB of RAM and Adreno 512GPU. It pairs with 64GB of internal storage space, of which 50GB is available to access by user.

This mid-ranger smart phone offers a 12MP main camera with 4K video recording capability, and a 4MP selfie camera for impressive portraits. The phone runs on Android 7.1.1 Nougat and MiUI. Sensor such as NFC, GPS, Compass, Gyroscope, Pedometer are all seen on the list.

We have yet to receive any information on its design. Finger crossing, the design is similar to Mi6.
