Xiaomi has introduced the latest global version Redmi Note 4 in India today. The global model offers a trimmed down 14nm FinFET Snapdragon 625 SoC that is more power efficient and Xiaomi claims a 25% increase in battery life over its predecessor —Redmi Note 3.

The Redmi Note 4 adopts a unibody aluminum design and a 5.5-inch 1080p IPS display with 2.5D curved glass. It is running on a 4,100mAh large battery with the lack of fast charging support onboard.

For shooting purposes, it uses a 13 megapixel rear shooter with phase detection autofocus and a 5 megapixels front snapper for selfie.

It has dual SIM capability that supports 4G LTE and VoLTE. This device runs on MIUI 8 with Android Marshmallow, and Nougat update will be released in the near future.
