OPPO R11 and R11 Plus officially announced, featuring Snapdragon 660 SoC and dual camera setup!

Today, OPPO has officially launched the R11 and R11 Plus smartphones at an event in China surprisingly which were expected to launch on June 10. Earlier, we had already saw the preview of R11 on June 5.

Both the smartphones are powered by an octa-core Snapdragon 660 SoC based on the 14nm process. They are based on Android 7.1.1 Nougat OS with ColorOS 3.1 out of the box. They have dual-lens camera on the back with 20MP and 16MP sensors and a 20MP f/2.0 front selfie camera for amazing high-quality selfies. Both have a fingerprint sensor that is embedded into the home button at the front.

The Oppo R11 and R11 Plus can be differentiated in a few parts of the device. The Oppo R11 features a smaller 5.5-inch AMOLED FHD 1080p display and comes with 4GB RAM and 64GB storage capacity. On the other hand, the Oppo R11 Plus being a bigger variant comes with a 6-inch AMOLED FHD 1080p display and comes with 6GB RAM and the same 64GB storage space. Oppo R11 has a 3000mAh battery while R11 Plus has a bigger 4000mAh battery unit.

The OPPO R11 and R11 Plus will be available in Black, Gold and Rose Gold color options. However, the retail price of the OPPO R11 lineup has yet to be announced.
