New HTC’s smartphones will be unveiled on November in Taipei

HTC recently sent out press invites for an upcoming smartphone launch on November 2 in Taipei. The company could announce HTC U11 Plus and U11 Life smartphones at the event. Notably, the invite shows a big “U” hinting the announcement of a new U-series device.

The rumored upcoming flagship HTC U11 Plus is reported come with a nearly bezel-less screen. It has a 5.99-inch QHD display with 18:9 aspect ratio. The device will be powered by Snapdragon 835 chipset, coupled with either 4GB or 6GB of RAM and 64GB or 128GB of built-in storage. It comes with a 12MP primary shooter and an 8MP secondary shooter. The device is also expected to come with IP68 certification.

Besides HTC U11 Plus, We may also see HTC’s first Android One device HTC U11 Life. Recently, Google announced acquisition of HTC’s smartphone division for $1.1 billion. However, the acquisition has not discouraged HTC from launching its own smartphones.
