Moto Z2 Play now official: Slim, light design with new Moto Mods

In the previous post, we have told you about Moto Z successor. The Moto Z2 Play mid-range model has been officially released. The design and appearance of the phone is identically similar to previous generation. The phone features slim fuselage outstanding back lens modules, and also support Moto Mods Module expansion.

Moto Z2 Play is equipped with a 5.5-inch Full HD resolution screen, Qualcomm Snapdragon 626 processor, 4GB RAM, 64GB ROM and 12MP main camera, which is expected to be available in overseas markets in July retailed at USD499, equivalent to about RM2140.

 

Moto Z2 Play is measured of 156.2 x 76.2 x 5.99 mm, while the previous generation Moto Z Play is 156.4 x 76.4 x 6.99 mm. The Moto Z2 Play reduced in thickness. In addition, Moto Z2 Play does not rated with IP series of waterproof function, but is reported the body is protected with anti-water spray nano-coating protection.

Moto Z2 Play paired with a 12MP with support for F1.7 aperture  with laser focus and PDAF focusing. The front camera of 5MP pixel selfie camera configured with LED flash. Moto Z2 Play packed with 3,000mAh battery which is smaller compare to the predecessor 3510mAh. The official claims the phone able to complete up to 30 hours of battery life.

Moto Z2 Play major feature support Moto Mods. In addition of last year’s Hasselblad True Zoom camera, JBL SoundBoost and other plug-in accessories, Moto also published a variety of new Moto Mods module accessories.
