Meizu Pro 6 Plus Featuring Exynos 8890 Processor with AD45275 Hi-Fi Chip is Officially Launched!
Meizu has finally revealed the long waited Meizu Pro 6 Plus. The Meizu Pro 6 Plus is the successor to the company’s Pro 6 flagship smartphone that was launched earlier this year.
On appearance, Meizu PRO 6 Plus comes with 5.7-inch 2560 x 1440 Super AMOLED screen with 2.5D glass on top. The slightly raised, circular camera surround with Meizu’s circular, dual-tone LED flash ring below give the back of the PRO 6 Plus a distinctive look.
Under the hood, there will be a Exynos 8890 SoC that is also present in Samsung’s flagship Samsung Galaxy S7 and Note 7. For storage, it comes with 4GB RAM along with two storage variants – 64GB or 128GB. The 64GB variant has a processor clock speed of 2GHz, while the 128GB version has a higher processor clock speed at 2.3GHz. Besides that, it also comes with a AD45275 Hi-Fi chip that may produce a clearer and better music experience.
Camera wise, Meizu Pro 6 Plus features a 12MP Sony IMX386 camera sensor with an f/2.0 aperture and a 4-axis optical image stabilisation. The rear camera also sports a 10-LED ring flash that surrounds the laser auto-focus. The front of the device spots a 5MP selfie camera with an f/2.0 aperture.
It was backed by a 3,400 mAh battery that charges via a USB Type-C (v3.1) port and supports fast charging. Meizu Pro 6 Plus will be available in three colour variants – Champagne Gold, Moonlight Silver and Deep Ash.
The price of the 64GB variant is CNY 2,999 (roughly RM1,945), while the 128GB version is priced at CNY 3,299 (roughly RM2,140).
