Meizu E2 announced: Featuring Four LED Flash, Helio P20 SoC, Hi Case and priced from CNY1299

Meizu has unveiled its latest midrange smartphone namely Meizu E2. Meizu has given a fresh look for the new model which might attract new users with its new design.

The main attraction of the Meizu E2 is on the rear panel where the 4 LEDs are embedded horizontally in the antenna line.

 

The device has a metal-clad body that comes with a 5.5-inch FHD display. For memory options, the Meizu E2 is offered in two variants: The 3GB of RAM version has 32GB of storage, whereas the 4GB of RAM model is bundled with 64GB of storage. Both of them are running on the Helio P20 processor.

For the camera, Meizu E2 sports a 13MP f/2.0 sensor with PDAF technology and an 8MP snapper. Powering up the device is a 3,400mAh size battery that supports 18W fast charging. There’s also dual SIM support that comes with 4G LTE connectivity capability. Plus, its fingerprint sensor is embedded in the home button which is placed below the display.

Apart from the introduction of the Meizu E2, Meizu also unveiled new colorful Hi Case for the device that has a slide that covers the LED flash and protects it when not in use. It is available in black, red, blue, and green.

The Meizu E2 comes in three color options: Moonlight Silver, Champagne Gold, and Obsidian Black. Plus, a special Transformers Edition will be released at the fifth installment in the movie franchise.

In terms of pricing, the 3GB RAM model will cost CNY1299 (∼RM818) and the 4GB version will be retailed at CNY1599 (∼RM1007). The Hi Case will be available at CNY79 (∼RM50).
