Lenovo Moto Z to launch in China on September 6

Two months ago, when the first announcement of Lenovo Moto Z, we had reported that this smartphone will be available in September 2016.

Today, there is a poster posted by Lenovo’s Mobile Business Group co-President, Chen Xudong on Weibo, showing that Lenovo Moto Z will be officially landed in China at 6th of September.


Basically, both smartphones are the same model but it is distinguished by the capacity of the battery and screen protection technology ‘ShatterShield’ which the company claimed that the screen will not break even if dropped accidentally.

Lenovo Moto Z comes with a QHD 5.5-inch AMOLED display, a Qualcomm Snapdragon 820, 4GB RAM, two choices of internal storage memory of 32GB or 64GB, front camera 5MP (wide angle lens), 13MP main camera with laser focus, OIS, and dual-tone flash.

In addition, Lenovo Moto Z also has a fingerprint sensor, battery capacity of 2,600mAh with fast charging that is able to offer 8 hours of usage from 15 minutes of charge via USB slot type-C.

Moto Z Force also comes with a 6.9mm thickness (only 5.2mm for Moto Z), but it has a larger battery capacity of 3,500mAh, better camera sensor and ShatterShield protective glass screen.

Talking about the camera sensor Moto Z Force, it has a 21MP camera with aperture f.1.8, PDAF, laser focusing, and OIS.

The uniqueness of this smartphone is MotoMods support which allows you to use several modular accessories together on this device.
